I have recently built a computer, and it running a little too hot for my tastes.

I currently have the following:

AMD FX-55 939 pin
GeForce 6800 Ultra
480 Watt PSU
Thermaltake Case Xaser V Wingo
SB Audigy 2 ZS platinum
2Gb Memory
250GB & 80gb HD
CD-RW
DVD-RW

Basically, most of the stuff for the water cooler needs to be outside of the case, since there is more in it than i have listed. I just want teh best...something that for all the components will be less than $500. Thanks in advance...if there is more info needed let me know.

Danger Den makes (IMHO) some of the best water cooling products around.

Paraflo also makes good stuff (sorry I don't have a link handy, but should be easy enough to find)

The Ram cost more than I've spent on my computer.

About the cooler, check out: http://www.thermaltake.com/watercooling/a1681.htm

I'm using a koolance pc2-601blw case for my cooling and I would recommend the pc2-650 if you were interisted in a case cooler system.

If you want high end external, you're pretty much going to have to build your own external box. It's not all that hard, just takes a bit of time.

Zalman Reserator 1- It' not only unique but is functional as well. I run an AMD Athlon 64 3000+ overclocked to 2115mz. I ran prime 95 for 12hrs and never exceeded 45 degrees celcius with the stock waterblock. I suggest the Danger Dan waterblock instead.

I would also check out Swiftech. Their latest kit includes a RadBox, which allows you to easily mount the radiator outside of your case.

Try the Freezone CPU cooler, reviews says that this unit keeps your CPU under 30 degrees all the time, even while idiilng!!! It costs $399 so it's $100 under your budget and it isn't huge either and everything is contained! Dunno though, it's pretty new and hasn't been through as much as conventional DIY watercooling setups.

But just a suggestion, since ya got the bucks for it.
