Which program is giving you slowdown?

Without knowing more about your problem, I'm going to take a shot and say that the reason you are having problems with the particular game you are playing, is that you are trying to play it on Barney Rubble's rig.

Truth hurts, if you're trying to play a newer game, the machine is at 100% fault.

If its slowing down in every day use, you might try and check for viruses and/or spyware, that could be causing your problem.

gee thanks for a nice advice
I really don't expect a friendly enviroment for a noob like me

well before I don't have problems running games like NBAlive2005
really smooth
but now when I install Deep freeze standard for about 3months now
I know something went very wrong. I feel like my resources went down half.
Please help me should I remove deepfreeze?
Deepfreeze is really nice it gives you 100 protection
saves me firewall+AVG+spyware

I was reading a touch on that program and it says it needs 10% HD space and the same system requirements of the O/S installed. That would mean your probably running low in the RAM department. Just a guess.

I would definitely try uninstalling it, just to see if it is the problem.

How full is your hard drive? Things often start slowing down when hd is over 3/4 full.

I have 40GB HD and its divided into 6 partitions 6.5GB each I think
and my RAM is 256 MB DDR

The reason why I have so many partition is that to separate the intallation
of each programs and games which in effect should give me optimal performance.

Yes I think by removing Deepfreeze that would really solve the problem
and tried it, but that would really hurt my security which is not good.

Sorry for my topic title I thought my Nvidia 64mb MMx400 VC does not support DirectX0.9c the latest DirectX probably because its a MMX technology which is ubber ancient I think or My latest directX does not support Deepfreeze, well come to think of it Deepfreeze is not game

well I think I have to reformat everything again and back to start and find out where I went wrong

thanks guys for the tip

oops BTW my HD is almost 46% full
