I would go with your first choice, but go with the DD TDX water block for the AMD XP for the CPU cooling.

I have not worked with either company, but I hear about Danger Den products all the time, so...

The first one is a nice kit, but the pump has a little bit of a whine to it. It's not bad inside the case, but I can still hear mine a little.
