windows wont boot

kk, we just bought linksys wireless-g router and a wireless-g pco adopter for my sister. i installed the router on my comp fine, no los problemos. then, we plugged in the pci card to my sister, boot up windows, poped the linksys cd in, and it didn't do the autorun thingy. so i went to my computer and dbl clicked on it, still didn't work. i restarted comp, loaded windows to "welcome" then screen went blank. from now on, everytime we boot, after it checks floppy, screen goes blank, black, HDD led not blinkin, just plainly dead. (first boot floppy, second boot hdd) tried HDD first boot didn't work, tried taking off the pci card, didn't work. please help and im really sorry for the long post thanks.

Try booting from your windows CD and do a repair install

i tried it, it said "checking configurations" then it didn't load to the page. it supposed to be a blue but it didn't go there, went blank black =/
