Alright this has happened 3 times so far. The first i was jsut browsing the net and the other two were playing cs 1.6 and source. Without warning the comuter will just completely turn off and wont start up(power button, nothing)ill use the psu switch and the lights go on and it turns off. The first time this happened, i waited til the next day and it started up fine. 30 minutes into playing 1.6 , turns off  . I take it apart and lay out the mobo with ram cpu and heatsink hooked up to the psu on the floor and everything is all good, throw everything back into the case and starts up fine. Just now i was playing source and it shuts off so i disconnect everything and hook everything back up, all good. Very frustrating, i don't believe anything to be overheating(nothing was even mildy hot).
I have an
AMD64 3200+ Skt 939(stock heatsink w/artic silver 5)
Asus A8V-Deluxe Via K8T800Pro
2x 512 Kingston DDR400 PC3200 Memory
Ultra X-Connect 500W
BFG GeForce 6800 OC
Vantec fan and light controller
and sony dvd-rw drive
Something faulty or what, wich company should i be calling up and yelling at?

It's the PSU.
for some reason it's is sensing an overload (short circuit, or excessive draw) and when you cycle the power it resets the autofuse/CB. If you are absolutly sure there is no short, and the PSU is clean and the fan running, it's probably defective

thats what i suspected, def no short circuits, but when i got my case a fan was broken(black wire disconnected) so i soldered it, and its working good, could this be a problem?

The fact that it takes 30 minutes of hard play to appear, could make it a overheat problem.
when you said "No longer an issue" do you mean you replased the PSU?
