Trying to fix holes

Hey just picked up a car for 500 bucks, its a 94 plymouth sundance, so for a first car, it may be alright. However to pass safety inspection I need some body work done.

Anyway The guys suggested to me fibreglass body repair stuff anyway I can't get it to work..any suggestions?

haha, you have to have rust holes fixed to pass inspection? hell, half the cars around here would never pass inspection with rules like that lol
