Hi ,

I found this little fridge in the bins outside my house 1 day , and dismantled it to find what looks like a TEC ( Thermoelectric Cooler )Cooler plate .

Theres pics below , i was wondering if anyone else had modded anything like this , or if they know if it could be modded to cool a CPU or something ?

You can see the White silicon goop thats the same as CPU paste.

That little square plat just attched to the bottom of the fridge floor.

The underside of the big silver bit , a massive Alu heatsink that i was going to use to cool my HDD ,

That little TEC on that mini fridge unit would do almost nothing to cool your CPU down. It's simply not powerful enough for todays processors. I'd recommend purchasing one, probably a 172W if you want to overclock your CPU and see any type of benefits from it.
Honestly, I'd just throw it back out to where you got it from. Plus a 172W TEC isn't all that expensive nowadays. But on the other hand, you also have to think about how you'd cool it down and with a 172W pelt, watercooling would be best.
You could use it though, if working to experiment to learn more about the effects of using a pelt, but that's as far as I would go with it.
