Microsoft beats Apple to the Ipod patent!

Apple took too long to file a patent on part of its blockbuster I-Pod music players, so Microsoft jumped in and beat Apple to it.

Yea its funny as hell but I dont think apple has anything major to worry about.

MS has applied for the patent but it hasnt been approved. I read somewhere that ms have received some denials but not yet the "final" dis approval.

lol.. been talkin to a few of my buds about that(i work for apple where im a team lead for tech support on ipods).. its not gonna be any big deal really..."we" invented the technology but ms is sure to try and steal it lol.
