OCZ Technology and OCIA.net are back at it again folks! This time we are giving one lucky winner the chance to pick up some killer memory from OCZ. So what's up for grabs? How does a OCZ Gold GX XTC 2GB Dual Channel DDR Kit (http://www.ocztechnology.com/products/memory/ocz_el_ddr_pc_3200_gold_gx_xtc_2gb_dual_channel) and an OCZ Technology t-shirt sound?!?

This contest will be a bit different (and more entertaining) than any others we have done here in the past. So how do you go about entering?

Simple. You only need 3 things to participate. A digital camera, a printer and some creativity. Step 1, you must be a registered member in the OCIA.net Forums. If you are not already a member, you can register for free by Clicking Here (http://forums.ocia.net/profile.php?mode=register&sid=4239dcb0e62b6c04d3dad818846093d3).

Step 2, print out the OCZ and OCIA.net logos you see below onto a single sheet of paper.

(Right click, save as to store the images on your computer.)

Step 2, find yourself a digital camera. Step 3, find somewhere interesting to take a picture of yourself holding the OCZ and OCIA.net logos. The more creative, the better. For example, taking the picture at your desk is dull... but taking the picture in front of a famous landmark, sweet sports car or with a celebrity is awesome! Be creative!

In order to keep things fair, we must request that you only submit your THREE best pictures. Simply post your pictures here in this thread for everyone to see. If you do not have the means to post your images (ie. access to a server), you can email your entries to me at playafly187@ocia.net and I will host them on the OCIA.net server and give you the link to them.

Please do not sumbit any photoshopped or inappropriate content. OCIA.net has the right to decline any pictures which we feel do not follow these guidelines. Cell phone camera pictures are acceptable but we would much prefer a real digital image, as the quality of cell phone pictures isn't very good. The contest will begin on February 21, 2006 and will remain open until March 14, 2006 at Noon, CST.

You must be 13 years or older to enter, as per our forum rules. You may only submit two pictures for this contest. The winning entry will be decided upon by OCIA.net staff at the end of the contest. Once a winner has been selected, we will contact you via private message and email. The winner has 3 days to reply with their shipping information or we will select a different winner. Once the winner's shipping information has been received, it will be passed along to OCZ Technology for prize shipment. Shipping will be paid by OCZ Technology to winners ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD. OCZ Technology is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Submitted pictures become the property of OCIA.net and OCZ Technology. OCIA.net staff and immediate family members are not eligible for entry.

It's funny that I was thinking of Tombstone AZ yesterday and thought I would do my pictures there. The only problem is, I am in Florida and have not been to AZ in a little while (Family lives there) and the beach is not a very exciting place. Not too many surprising places here in FL.

After a full day of thinking, I have finally come to my decision on a winner. First I want to thank everyone for their participation in this contest. I think everyone would agree that this has been one of the most entertaining contests we have had here at OCIA.net and we will certainly be doing a similar contest in the near future. Also, big thanks to OCZ for supplying us with some awesome memory to give away.

As mentioned above, this was a really hard decision. We had it narrowed down to 3-4 really great entries, all of which deserve to win. But, there can only be 1 winner... or perhaps 2?

I spoke with funkZ and he agreed to donate the recently reviewed Sytrin KuFormula VF1 Plus VGA Cooler as a prize in this contest. A last-minute decision and I wish we had more prizes to give away, but...

The grand prize winner is: Zachig

I think most everyone would agree that he really held nothing back in his entries. Not many people have the guts to "embarass" themselves the way he did; it really made for an interesting start to the contest!

All I can say is what I said originally... there can only be 1 (in this case, 2) winners... not everyone is going to be happy that they didn't win, and there were several great entries. I would love to give everyone a prize but that just isnt possible.
