Front Page New Look

Hey, just wanted to get some feedback on the new format of the front page. We have added an "announcements" section just above the news, kinda like a sticky in the forums. This way, you can click right to the front page and see what the latest happenings are at OCIA.net

Lemme know what ya think!

I liked it. It adds more interest to the front page and I think it also attracts people to get into the forums.
