You need to host the image on the net and then post the url of the image in as the source. Also, your code should be in BBCode on this board, so you need to change it to that. So an example would be:

http://www.picsaregreat.org/mypic.gif

And just replace that url with yours. If you don't have anywhere to host the image, you could try Photobucket (http://photobucket.com/). They host images for free after you do a quick sign-up.
