I would say that it is a shame that the 64 version of the Silent Boost doesn't perform as well as the excellent Socket A version...but either his temps are wrong, or the stock cooler really kicks ass...32 degrees load temp for anything short of water is extremely impressive, even for the very underclocked Sempron.
