Does anyone know which company makes the biggest copper heatsinks out there? I'm not looking for the ones with copper tubing in the design. Just a straight forward rectangle design with all copper fins on a flat copper base. I've been searching, and the really big ones all have copper tubes in the design.

What do you need it for??? :???: By saying "copper tubes in the design" do you mean the ones like Thermaltake Big Typhoon and CoolerMaster Hyper 6+, etc.?
I really don't know such a specific manufacturer. Try googling...If I'll find something I'll let you know...

Those tubes are heatpipes, they improve the heat transfer.. they're a good thing.. most coolers have those now because it's a no-brainer.
Thermalright's sinks used to be exactly what you describe..

This is pretty much what I'm looking for, but hopefully bigger. Also I've seen pin designs, but I don't know how much more efficient they are compared to fins.

I'm designing a water chiller for my water cooling setup. I live in Hawaii and the temperature gets pretty high here, along with the humidity so cooling down the water should help at least some.
