2 cpu fans?

is it a good idea to put 2 fans on top of my cpu heatsink?

one is like 5mm bigger then the other

if it is a good idea how should i do it?

and my cpu is an AMD Thunderbird

and one last thing is an Nvidia MMX 440 graphics card worth OCing?

No it wont make any difference. I read an article on that awhile ago. If I remember right it didnt cool any better & had more noise.
