I need to change the heatsink for my P4 640 CPU...the stock heatsink run too loud on my Asus P5ND2 SLI Motherboard...I'm thinking either the ZALMAN CNPS9500 or the Coolermaster Hyper 6+...any suggestion  ?

Love your motherboard by the way, just put mine in (Gotta change my sig).

The coolermaster is the one I would go for.

My cooler is in my sig. I got a Thermaltake Blue Orb II, you can get it at tigerdirect for around $30 bucks. It works great. Also, my Dual Core is running at 28 idle and 35 load now after i put a ton of thermal paste on, don't know why this helped. For your application it would be the best choice. Keep in mind, it is 120mm.
