That could be a few possible things..
Is your pc wired or wireless? Do ya have a software firewall. Does it happen w/ all vids on this site, are they long/short & where does it "disconnect", in the beginning/end of the vid? How long do you get disconnected for?
How do you mean by disconnect from the internet? Does the lights on your router go off/on? Something on your pc saying its disconnected? Do any lights on your cable/dsl modem go off?

wut happens is, in some sites to stream videoes, like if i try to stream videos for previews at imdb also gamespot or any other sites that u can stream videos, it would just say connectiong to media, only that and then 1 minute later, my internet would d/c on this computer. then it would jus reconnect about 30 seconds later.
im on netgear wgr614v7
50 foot wire cat6.

just fixing my problem, its cause of the spi firewall, that also caused problem with hosting my games. it seems i need to trigger my port before using it while spi is on. i turned it off until i find out wut to trigger for those i stream videos with Windows Media player 11 beta 2. if someone can tell me the ports that can be helpful.
thanx
