I got an aquagate system form killerrobot and just installed it. I was able to take my processor form 2475 to 2750 on 1.65v and prime 95 stable but load temp are running a max of 62 on one of the 2 cores in the processor. My cooling system is 3/8 and runs to the CPU then to the chip set then back to the reservoir and radiator. When i turned up the volts to 1.70 and hit 2.8 it was no longer stable but temps were running 66. My past experience with the air cooling suggest that if i could cool just a bit more i could get 2.8 stable so here comes the questions.

Can i install anther radiator in the system somewhere? will the pump be able to handle another rad and where in the system is the optimal spot?

And is there a particular type of coolant I can use to lower temp?

Yea you could put a 2nd rad in. Dont know if the pump will handle it but if you got like a 120mm rad & put it before your cpu, then the aguagate rad between the cpu & chipset, would have better cooling all around.

Im guessing that your tubing is 3/8" OD (outer diameter), 1/4" id (inner diameter, which is what will count). Take a tape measure & check the inner diameter. Most low end kits use 1/4" id tubing so make sure before you order a rad otherwise you'll need adapters.

If the ya find the pump wont be strong enough, can always add a 2nd pump to the loop to keep the flow rate higher.

I use Redline Water Wetter. About $8 for a 12oz bottle at autozone. It last awhile, I pre-mix 1/2 gallon w/ 4 capfulls of redline.

i could help u with this question, since i tried to add a radiator 80mm one by swiftech. since ur only using chipset and ur cpu u can add a 2nd rad and it will still work. i think u can use a 120mm that only supports 1 120 mm fan since ur setup is small.

make sure u get the one thats like :llll and not .llll` unless its mounted on facing down.
these are just examples:

just to clarify urs is 1/4 ID and 3/8 OD, jw wuts ur temps right now?
