I can take the plexiglass off and replace it with some wire mesh to improve air flow but is it bad to have have wire mesh instead of the plexiglass?

Naw wont hurt it any. The Coolermaster Stacker already has a side mesh screen.

There is also a 25cm fan out now.

Only problem it will cause is more dust inside your case...........;) Maybe a bit more noise as well.

why not cut fan holes in your plexi window?you could have an intake and buy a nice filter or something

No more airflow problem

It's done. I cut the plxi-glass so that it could help hold in place the wire mesh. As for the case I'm still working on my new vid card power problem so wire is messy.

Mesh looks nice but dangerous around kids.
There seems to be a lot of cables in that rig...some cable management will also help.

Yea, that mesh looks great. Will consider that for my case as well.

Well, the only con is dust and other particles that easier get into the case but it is still better than leaving tha case open as I do.

Dust isn't a problem if you clean out the case as often as I do....................;)

I even use mesh to make all my custom fan brackets, its just so much easier to work with and still looks pretty good.

That expanded metal looks really nice.
