Hey guys, I've been playing around the last couple of days with some of my settings and I found some better overclock settings. So I was trying them to see if they were stable. Memtest had no problems after I lowered its timings. Then I ran Prime 95 and it ran without a prob for 3 hours and 34 min and then it came up with an error.
Should I worry about this, or could I say my system is stable?

Maybe run it again just to see if it was a fluke. To be honest, if it happened while looping it alot, I wouldn't worry too much. Worst case is it may crash a little more often, but just blame it on windows ;)

3 hours, 34 minutes, one error?
Could go either way with that, but 1 error in 3.5 hours.. how often are you doing something that intensive for over 3 hours straight? :)
And yeah... blame wind0ze. For me? Please? I hate it...........

I think the standard is 8 hours.
I had lowered my vcore from stock for temps...everything ran great until I tried prime95. I think I went a minute and a half before an error. Raised vcore to 1.675 (stock is 1.65, I had lowered it to 1.625), Prime95 ran for like 10 hours without an error. And fortunitely, had little if any effect on temps.

After some unexplainable BSOD's last week, I decided to back my fsb down a little. Backed it down 5 mhz (to 210) lowered the latency settings, got almost the same results in Sandra, and last night before going to sleep, I turned on prime 95 and when I woke up 10 hours and 48 min later (hey, it's weekend allright! I don't care I have three exams next week!) it was still running :D
So I'm happy with me new settings.
