saw this guy goin down the road earlier... not exactly what i would call safe. at the stop light, we noticed a nice amount of smoke coming from the rear trailer wheel.

I think the driver might not be aware that he has cargo...it appears the grand am may have fallen off an overpass and landed in the trailer....News @ 11
