Cygwin is a little fruity, but I can minimize all of my ssh sessions at once, and I can use the sexy blackbox window manager. :D

Uhh lets see.... here I'm the system & network admin, hardware techie, graphic artist, web designer .... basically I'm the 'company computer guy'. The SSH sessions I speak of are to our linux server (fawkit.org), which is mostly what you're seeing in the screenshot as far as text.
Cygwin: http://www.cygwin.com - "Cygwin is a Linux-like environment for Windows. It consists of two parts:
A DLL (cygwin1.dll) which acts as a Linux emulation layer providing substantial Linux API functionality.
A collection of tools, which provide Linux look and feel. "
SSH: Secure Shell -- an encrypted replacement for the remote login system "telnet".

Hmm... lovely!
I haven't had that issue, I've posted about 10 times today.
