Just when it looked like we were coming to the end of the 3400 projects, my machines are all running 206 pointers again.
PPD is up right now but probably headed for the toilet again.

How do you find out about the points? All I know is that i have it up and running... I am currently working on P3667_Seq26_Amber03_

I used to use Electron Microscope, aka EMIII, but the guy's website has been down for months and so there hasn't been any updates for the different project numbers and point values.
Now I use FahMon and it's been pretty good, probably a bit easier to setup too. For networked machines you just have to share the folder where FAH is installed and then you can monitor that.

Wow Avalanche, you're really kicking out some points! Did you find the Turbo button or what? LOL
I'm still getting all 340x and 214x projects, with 8 instances running 24/7 it's calculating my PPD at a measly 700-ish.

I'm about to kick it up a notch... should start seeing results over the next 24 hours.

Yup, definite improvement.
I reconfigured all my clients and turned the -advmethods off. Not sure why the advanced cores are now worth so much less in points, always before it was the opposite.

Is there a list you are suppose to have off or on? Where do you change these settings?

I use the console version. When you launch it for the first time (or if the client.cfg does not exist) it will run through all the available settings. Or you can run it at any time with the -configonly switch if you want to reconfigure the settings.
I had been using -advmethods previously as before that got you the higher point value advanced projects but lately they take longer to do and are worth less points. So now the only 2 flags I use are -svcstart which launches the client as a service, and -forceasm which forces the optimized assembly code on. Otherwise if the client crashes for any reason (usually due to overclock but sometimes because of a faulty project) then it will throttle back its processing until the next time it successfully completes a project.
