I've made a film in adobe premiere pro, from an original avi file. I've rendered and previewed the whole movie to see if everything was okay and it was. But as soon as I export it, for example to a new avi file, the video size is cut through half as soon as there is an effect on the clip. For example, the beginning is full screen, but as soon as it gets to a crossfade or a frame still, the video (after exporting) changes momentarily to half its size. This is when I encode it @ 352*240 (the original file's resolution).
When I encode it at any other resolution or use the adobe encoder to encode it straight to mpeg, I get half the video the whole film (just a square in the middle of the screen).
I've no idea what's causing this, because in the preview everything is fine.
Any suggestions appreciated.
