im a newbie and i was wondering can anybody help me about how do i savely overclock my pc..

proc = intel PIV HT 2.8 Ghz
mobo = Abit I-45C
Ram = Visipro 1 Ghz
VGA = 128 Mb (Nvidia chpset)

make sure that you put a little more detail (as much as you can) about your specs in that post though

Most importantly, don't overclock unless you're willing to risk damaging your hardware. Same logic as "dont have sex unless you want to risk parenthood"
