I unlocked an XP2100 Palomino, not that it did me much good. I think I got an extra 120mhz out of mine. woo!
They're just not very good overclockers. They take a ton of voltage as-is. Unlocked, you get a bunch of ridiculous multipliers that you could never use and maybe one or two viable ones. If that board has a locked PCI bus speed, or a 5:1 ratio, you could just up the FSB some more, but that depends on what you've got for RAM. (not listed?)
Hope you've got a mighty cooler.

Here you go:

most of the new amd's are locked. thank god mine is not. I had a 1800 palamino, they beast ran hot as heck and did not overclock for crap.

your best bet right now is to go with the mobile cpu's. they run cooler and oc better.

agreed. using mobiles on a desktop is becoming more mainstream and will likely continue to do so. they use less voltage by default, which makes them run cooler. this, partly, in turn makes them overclock much better
