I need more skins.
Maybe a design contest? I think making people work for their prizes, as opposed to this random drawing stuff, is a more fruitful avenue.
I'd enter, for sure.
I mean, then you could just use all of the entries. I dunno how many graphics people there are here, but some prizes and a bit of linkage surely could draw some.

yeh, design contests are cool, but we can't do them every time. not everyone is good with graphics. we did a t-shirt design contest, but had alot less entries to it than some of our more recent contests.

and we also like to think of the members that spend alot of time on the site. so we vary the contests quite a bit. some are design entries, some are simple register and enter, some require minimum post counts, etc. we might even do like a scavenger hunt type thing down the road. we'll just have to wait and see. also, contests, like many things in this business come and go. it's not always possible to have a contest every month, but then again, sometimes we can have 3 in a month :-)

Forum skins.

Though... with a good css treatment, you could implement themes for the entire site.
