Good TV for under $400?

anyone know of a good quality TV for under $400? we are lookin to get a new set soon and want something nicer and bigger than our current 19" Zenith...

id like something around 27" - 32"...

I've got a Panasonic 32" flat screen, and while its above the 400 dollar range, I would recommend Panasonic in general from this TV.

I actually ended up going with a Sanyo 32" regular screen... fit the bill at under $300, and so far, has been performing really well.
