ASUS BIOS Memory timings do not match CPU-Z timings

Could anyone tell me which is right? I have a P4C800 Deluxe with Corsair CMX512-3500C2 and have set the memory timings to: 2.5 - 4 - 4 - 8 - 4 in the BIOS. But in both CPU-Z and Everest the timings are: 2 - 3 - 2 - 5 - ? (Don't know why DRAM Burst Length does not show up.)

Hmmmm, strange. So you've set the memory timings manually in your BIOS?
Anyway, I'd rather have the timings you get in CPU ID than those set in the BIOS ;-)
What are the "stock timings" of your sticks?
Do you have any "turbo" settings enabled in the BIOS?

Funny thing. I bumped the CPU External Freq. from 200Mhz to 202MHz and CPU-Z reports it correctly. I am trying to overclock anyways, so I don't care that it doesn't work at 200MHz.
