AC Ryan (http://www.acryan.com) is teaming up with OCIA.net to launch a new contest!

This month's contest is all about forumming! All you need to do is have a signature containing AC Ryan (http://www.acryan.com). It doesn’t matter if it's a picture or just plain text. ASCII-art is also welcome too. Pictures and ASCII arts are easier spotted by AC Ryan (http://www.acryan.com) staff though... It’s all about being spotted!

AC Ryan (http://www.acryan.com) is giving away more expensive prizes than in any of their previous contests. So what is up for grabs? AC Ryan XTOR Xilencer, loads of Connectx kits and also S-ATA XNEON Cables. And last but not least: 20CM CCFL's! In total, they are making 20 people happy with this contest. So get ready, sign up, get your sig up and hit the forums!

** Rules **

- The contest will be held in the OCIA.net forums and your posts belong in the forums. If you are not already a member, you can register for free by Clicking Here (http://forums.ocia.net/profile.php?mode=register&sid=4239dcb0e62b6c04d3dad818846093d3).

- You must be 13 years or older to enter, as per our forum rules. Please reply to this thread one time to let us know you want to participate. Then, you may make posts in any other threads (no spamming).
- OCIA.net staff members and immediate family members are not eligible for entry.
- AC Ryan (http://www.acryan.com) is wandering around the forums to check your cool signatures. When they spot one, they contact you and give you free prizes!
- Keep the signature ‘til at least the end of this month (October). After that, you can choose to further support AC Ryan (http://www.acryan.com), or just use your old sig.

lol, i went and toned it down to something a little more suitable to the size of our page. still had to make it legible though. right now it's 600px wide, which is considerable from the original 745px wide :-)

I'm slowly learning PhotoShop, but not very good with it yet...this post is a test to see if the tag I linked to shows up, was having trouble getting it to upload to the board so I went for the link to option instead.

Beemer went all out almost spamming the whole thread :)...All that spam got him a Connectx kit though!... Hmmm who more did i spot...i saw G2 with his really cool signature that just had to win: Twin 20cm CCFL in the color of your choice!

Ok, slightly off topic.
I've noticed, that many people from non-english (as a first language)speaking countries, refer to what they win as a Price when I expect the word Prize.
Here's my question, Is that a typical use of the word? or a l33t mis-spell? or the way translation software replaces it?
At first I thought it was only an Asian thing,but now notice it across much of europe and the mid-east. (not being critical, just want to know)
also I notice they same groups of people (plus many frome the UK, where I assume the speak english :wink: ) use Labtopwhen the speak of portable computers, generally sold as Laptops Same questions apply, all answers welcome.

Ok, got a reply from Mike, some items were out of stock so, none of my 'order' was shipped.
Parts are now back in stock, and should be shipping today or monday (from netherlands) so should be here in a week or so (depending how long customs needs to play with it :roll: )
