Between $700 and $900, right. I'll be sure to buy those sometime soon. Assuming I'm handed large amounts of cash by a random person on the street, of course.

They should let us review those things... AMDReview.com screwed up the pictures on the Sandra Benchmark. [smilie=eusa_naughty.gif]

If you are looking for a good CPU to upgrade to, and are on a budget, The 4000+ is some good bang for the buck.

Who has a "budget" of that? its 700 dollars lol

i doubt they'll mind as i'm sure they are oblivious to what a "budget" is nowadays.

My next complete upgrade wouldn't come near the price of the CPU alone. My nest upgrade will be a A64 3500, Abit AV8 and some fast PQI PC3200 Turbo ram. That comes to about $575, forgot a new CPU waterblock, add another $50.

Found somewhere.... someone overclocked an FX-53 to 3Ghz and I wasn't impressed with the sandra results vs my 3000+ @ 2.3Ghz.....
