There are some "betas" to download in Microsoft web site, but, when comes the official retailed version? The English version it's now available?

Nope, Win64 is only out in the beta form right now. There is no full version.

2nd that motion. intel and M$ definitely have something going on. Notice as soon as intel said they will be doing dual core processors soon, m$ adjusts their licensing agreement on various software to accomodate dual core processors. the same software in fact that they charged extra for licensing on multiple processor based machines. coincidence?

suppose to come out sometimes next year. You know intel never got the exact time or date. Even if they do, it's always delayed.

if you really want a 64 bit o/s now, MS has a trial version of server 2003 enterprise edition. if its like regular 2003, its easy to set it up as a workstation as i have it and the trial period is 360 days. heres a link to it:

the 64bit windows requires over a gig of ram and it can't do anything but graphics and such. Im not sure if that's the same one your talking about or not.

your most likely talkin about xp. even in beta version, I would think that server 2003 would still be able to do what its meant, server (file, webserver, mailserver, isa and so on. I do know that nvdia actually has a driver out for server 2003 64bit which is sad to say that the stable driver I can get for 32bit 2003 is a year old, its the only whql signed. If I use newer I have problems.
