This maybe just the thing to motivate me into building a PC for my truck.

They had one on that page, just not in a dual CPU configuration.
I'm guessing they will prolly be available before another year goes by.

Yeah, but does it have only 300MHz? [smilie=bduh.gif]

I wonder how hot would the system gets. 1 cpu is already hot enough, can they keep 2 cpu cool?

Thats only for the development testing, I would think that when it becomes available to the public, that it would prolly be around the 1Ghz. mark.

Those Via chips run remarkably cool and use a heat-sink that is basically an active North-bridge cooler. Even with dual CPU's, I don't think heat would be much of a issue.

That's nice. Then what about its performance then.

Well... I don't think you will be replacing your gaming rig with one of these miniature PC's, but for a motherboard that’s about the size of a CD jewel case, I would say it’s impressive.
I don't have one to bench mark, but from what I have read, I think it would make a fairly capable mobile computer.

that sounds promising, maybe it can be indlueded as a home entertainment PC, since it's cool and quiet, it can be in the living room function as PVR.

actually one of the mobos from mini-itx would make a perfect pc to load smoothwall onto and use as a router since most of the boards are under $120 with a cpu.
