yeh, saw that on /. earlier i think. his sister only got fined $7500 is what cracked me up. he gets 9 years and she gets a little fine.

just heard on the radio here in holland, if you commit a computer crime like sending spam or spread a virus, you can go to jail for max. a year [smilie=icon_silent.gif] and the police will have more rights for finding hackers and other "evil" people. But one year isn't so much the prison's here are not bad, but i don't want to trade with the people that are in there [smilie=eusa_angel.gif]
