What's messed up about that is they put you to sleep with an anaesthetic then poison you, so it's as peaceful as can be... they need to do the same thing to the murderers that they do to their victims, but no, this country is full of a bunch of morons.

I personally think that hanging is the ideal execution method...
Even if Scott gets the death penalty, which I doubt, it will stay in appeals for minimum 1.5 decades :vomit:
though he probably won't survive prison's "general population"...

Exactly... best friend is a correctional officer at the local maximum security prison. 8)
Solitary is the only way he'll survive most likely..

I agree, I'll even donate a bullet for the cause if it will help speed things up.

screw that...why waste a bullet...take those concrete anchors that are in his boat, tie 'em on, and throw him in the bay.

You know, studies have shown that with the appeal process it's actually more expensive to carry out the death penalty than to keep someone in prison for life. :???: Somehow I think that the process could be streamlined a little

in this day and age though it's all about the false positives so to speak. i imagine my opinion would be different if i was on a death sentence, but from where i'm standin, i can see the whole process being shortened quite a bit.
"He's guilty? Well then take him out back to the mob!!"
I think that would take care of it, not to mention that it wouldn't cost anything. Just let the people find judgement for him. At least that way, it would be a fitting punishment.
