OC378 has worked up a few case badge images for us:

To use, save the image of your choice. Resize the image to 1" x 1" and print it out using the highest print quality setting on your printer. Also, use photo glossy paper if possible. Then, cut out your picture (very carefully). Next, head to WalMart or a craft store and pick up some of these clear dome covers

Affix the dome cover over the image. Next, get yourself some double-sided tape and stick it to the back of the badge. Then place the badge on your computer and your set!
