Xbitlabs has an article on overclocking the Sempron 3100+... very good results (they hit 2.5Ghz, not probable that all will..) beating out an Athlon 64 3400+ pretty much...

I alredy read it ! but my mainboard can'n disable cpu interface ! it have aggressive and optinal and don't have disable ! so if you know this mainboard , please show me how to set jum on this ! or set multilipier , or Vcore ..?
