I currently have a X-Dreamer II case and i came with one side fan (located over the top of the cpu) and one fan on the top of the case (next to the PSU) The case has good ventilation, but I was wondering if I should get 1 or 2 more fans... I haven't actually finished building it yet so I don't know the temps of anything, but has any1 else used just two fans before.
Also I have a measly 350W power supply (it came bundled with the case) Would this be enough to power my computer without damaging the components:
CPU: 3.2 E Ghz P4 800 Mhz FSB w/ HT Tech
Mobo: ECS Elitegroup VIA PT800 CE-A
RAM: 1 GB PC3200 Giel
Video Card: ATI Radeon x800 Pro
CD: 1
HDD: 1
PCI Add-In Cards: Wireless LAN and a Sound Card

You'll have to play around with the fans to see what works best for you really.. the more the better until the noise becomes too much for you to handle..
I highly recommend a nice 450-500W or more PSU for that setup...

argh, i dont realy wanna go buy something more lol
I should make my question clearer: Is it possible that it could be run on 350W or not?

i have my wifes pc set up in a sunbeam transformer case. it has several fan spots but i removed them. the only case fan is a 120mm rear exhaust fan. i took out the two side intakes, front intake and top blowhole. havent had any problems from it ( overclocked 1700 xp )

That will run that setup.. but it might not be very stable when stressed..
I ran a 350W with an XP2400+ @ 2.2Ghz and an FX5900.. Nvidia drivers whined to me about an insufficient power supply after a half hour of gaming or so..

The PSU sounds a little weak depending on what all you plan on running ie: number of drives and so on and if you plan on over clocking it. The graphics card it's self will put a heavy load on a 350 watt PSU.

Well, ill guess ill try to use the 350W... but what is the worst thing that could possibly happen?

That would be interesting.

Power supplies have built in sensors to tell when the amperage drops to dangerous levels, when that happens they reset to try and prevent any damage to your hardware.
