Time to get your monthly Windows patch

Microsoft's regular monthly patch delivery slipped into port yesterday carrying five new patches, each described by Redmond as "important".

Oh, so this is what made the dialog box pop up on my screen every five minutes saying "Installation is almost complete. You need to restart your computer to finish the installation. Restart now. Restart later." I choose restart later but microsoft takes it upon themselves to remind me every 15 minutes. VERY annoying.

I dont get those reminders, but then again I keep automatic windows update turned off. I prefer checking myself.
